
My current workout routine
I wrote about my current workout routine recently, and there are a few things to add. Of course, I travel a fair amount, and then it is difficult to keep up my routine. Secondly, during the months that I am in the Netherlands, I usually don’t have time to workout but I bike a lot.
I did want to comment a bit on my weekly schedule. Right now, it looks like this:
- Sunday: squats
- Monday: push press
- Tuesday: spin class or rest, depending on how sore I feel
- Wednesday: deadlifts
- Thursday: bench press
- Friday: snatches or rest or spin class
- Saturday: run or a rest
As long as I get my four main workouts in (squats, push press, deadlifts and bench), I call the week a success.
