My Conference Printing Checklist

My conference printing checklist

Have you caught yourself thinking “Did I prepare everything I need” before a conference, wondering if you got your hotel registration, flight information and everything you need printed, confirmed, and (hopefully in the first place) figured out?

I tend to check and double-check, so I while ago, I made a standard checklist for each trip to recycle.

Here’s my checklist, in case it serves you too:

  • hotel: make sure I have my registration
  • flight: which also serves as a reminder to do the check in in advance
  • insurance: check if I have the printed form with me
  • how to get from airport to hotel: figure out my logistics
  • registration: especially when they use a QR or barcode
  • planning: what’s the game plan for the trip?
  • ESTA/visa: yes, the ESTA is digital, and still they ask for the printed copy in Ecuador every time I travel.
  • packing list: I also have a standard packing list, which I update for every trip based on number of days, type of events, and weather
  • buy airalo: I buy an eSIM so I can get data abroad.

Do you make checklists for repeated tasks?
