A summer with some form of a template for summer 2025

During summer 2022 and 2023, I let go of my weekly template. In summer 2024, I used my template in a flexible way, which is what I will do this summer as well.

This summer is split into various parts, each which have a different use of my template:

• I started my semester with a conference in Japan.
• The first five weeks of the summer I will be in Quito, using my weekly template from Spring 2025 (but without the teaching and office hours)
• The next five weeks I will in Delft. I have a lot of meetings, and will use my template flexibly.
• Then I will take two weeks of holidays with my family.
• I’ll return to Delft for a week of work. I’ll be teaching virtually to Ecuador for that week.
• Then, I will be at a conference in Belgium.
• Finally, I return to Quito, with the Fall semester already started.

So, this semester I am essentially repurposing my weekly template to make sure I make progress on all fronts, but with sufficient flexibility as necessary in this time of travel.
