Managing stress in pandemic times

As I’ve been struggling with my workload over the past year, I’ve got to the point that my stress levels are so high that my thyroid is acting up again. My regular practices of meditation, exercise, sufficient sleep, and nutritious food are still there, although I struggle with getting enough sleep (sometimes because I go to be too late, sometimes because my daughter has been fighting bedtime and has been waking up at nights, and sometimes because of the thyroid issues), and with exercise (coming off from a knee injury, so running and any weight exercise on my legs has been impossible). I turned to Twitter for some ideas on how to manage stress in pandemic times, and have added the wakelet here for your reference:
